Never. Every painting is hand-painted on canvas. The photos show the artist’s original; when you order, the same artist paints your canvas by hand in the size you choose, so no two are exactly alike.

Yes, until it has been packed. Paintings are packed within a day, so contact us as soon as you can with your order number.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account saves your address and keeps your order history in one place.

Standard delivery takes 3 to 6 working days anywhere in Nepal. Express delivery inside Kathmandu Valley arrives the next working day if you order before 1 pm.

Standard delivery is Rs. 350, and free on orders over Rs. 15,000. Express delivery is Rs. 500. Every parcel is insured. See delivery and returns.

Yes, worldwide. Paintings travel rolled in a strong tube with tracking and insurance, usually in 7 to 14 days. Message us with the painting and your country for a quote.

If a painting isn’t what you expected, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, undamaged and in its original packing, for a full refund.

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo of the parcel and the painting. Every delivery is insured, so we’ll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Within 5 working days of the painting reaching us, to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to your eSewa or Khalti wallet.

Look closely: you’ll see brush marks, raised gold and slight differences in every line. Each thangka comes with a certificate signed by the painter, and you’re welcome to watch them at work in the studio.

Most paintings come in four sizes, from small (about 30 × 40 cm) to extra large (about 90 × 120 cm). Thangkas come in 40 × 55 cm up to 100 × 140 cm. The price on each painting updates when you pick a size. Our size guide shows every size and which walls they suit.

Yes. Tell us the subject, size and where it will hang. We’ll send sketches and a price, and ask for a 50% deposit before painting starts. Most commissions take 3 to 8 weeks.

We photograph every painting in daylight and don’t filter the pictures, but screens vary. If you’re unsure, ask us for a video of the painting by the window.

eSewa, Khalti, Visa and Mastercard cards, and cash on delivery inside Nepal. International orders are paid by card or bank transfer.
