How we pack and send paintings, and what to do if something isn’t right.
Delivery in Nepal
We deliver everywhere in Nepal. Orders placed before 1 pm on a working day are packed the same day. Every parcel is insured for the full value of the painting.

Stretched and framed paintings travel in a corner-protected box. The courier will call before delivering.
Shipping worldwide
We ship to most countries with tracked, insured post or courier. Paintings are rolled, painted side out, in a strong tube, which keeps the cost down. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days. Ask us for a quote before you order. Import duties are paid by the buyer.
Returns
- Return a painting within 7 days of delivery, undamaged and in its original packing, for a full refund.
- Commissioned paintings can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.
How to return
- Message us on the contact page with your order number.
- Pack the painting in its original wrapping. Inside the valley we’ll send a courier to collect it; elsewhere we’ll arrange a pickup.
- Once it reaches us, we’ll refund you within 5 working days to the original payment method.
Damaged in transit
If a painting arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photos of the box and the painting. We’ll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
